I sent $500 from my bank to test this app out (using the "Bills Payment" method they offer). I've read through all the docs, found nothing about requiring ID documents.

After waiting for 4 days, I get this e-mail:

Nowhere in the help files, FAQs or any of the documents state that they will require any form of ID (and they asked for it only AFTER I've sent them the money).

Seeing as how I don't have any valid (unexpired) IDs right now, I'm actually going to have to go get a government-issued ID just to get my $500 back.
