Hello, I'm new to Bitcoins and decided to use BitPay. In the settings, I can choose from 4 options for the "Bitcoin Network Fees".

I did some reading around and it looks like the fee 0.0007 BTC per 1KiB is very big (according to some websites like this), or is it fine? Because from what it seems, the fees are like 100 times bigger than the norm? I'm pretty sure I got something wrong here, though.
