With the news coming out that the Chinese are flocking to LocalBitcoins, despite exchanges "delaying withdrawals" (whatever that means), it brings me joy to hear of the ad-hoc nature of this currency. It speaks to the resolve and determination of those in this community. May this be a lesson to heavy-handed jurisdictions that wish to impose legacy regulations, on this emerging platform. Bitcoin will never shut down! The revolution will continue!
