There's an easy fix for all of this mess, if miners stop using Antpool and use a pool that actually pays them a fraction of the transaction fees opposed to Antpool which takes all of the fees for themselves then suddenly Jihan's incentives go flying out the window and he'll be a lot more willing to cooperate. If anyone is active in the Chinese community they should let the Chinese miners know this as well, because as it stands I think a big reason we aren't seeing a mass exodus of Antpool users is due to users not being aware that their transaction fee earnings are being sniped by the pool owner. You're better off using a pool with pool fees than you are using Antpool with no transaction fee rewards.
