No regrets. Coinbase – I used your service for +4 years, and while the investing was nice.. Whenever I really need you, you were not there.

Once I started investing heavily – 1-3k per week, you closed my account about three months later.

What was even worse, was every time I had an issue, the support was non-existent.

I made two purchases. The first one had not even be processed out of my bank after 11 days, yet the second one had after 7 days. I did not see the money for either transaction until after 13 days.

I was a fool and made one more purchase of 2000$. You then close my account, and five days later still had the nerve to withdraw the money!!! You are DAMN RIGHT I CALLED YOUR OWN FRAUD DEPARTMENT.

With Gemini – I made an account. Two days later I stopped by the bank on lunch to send a wire. 2400 dollars was in my Gemini account before I made it back to work. As soon as I got home, I logged onto Gemini, purchased the bitcoin instantly. I was looking for the message saying, "hey, give us an hour". Nope. Instant.

I went to transfer the bitcoin to my wallet. Seemlessly. It was such a relief to have this kind of ability to invest in something I choose to with ease.
