I have an iPhone testing BreadWallet and Copay. I am wondering if it would be a good idea(safe) to:

• 1) Reformat my phone to factory settings
• 2) Download the hot wallet from App Store
• 3) Disconnect from internet
• 4) Generate seed/ key offline (possible with these apps?)
• 5) Backup seed
• 6) Delete app and reformat phone again to factory settings
• 7) Use phone as normal
• 8) Sleep safely at night?
