Hypothetical: say I wanted to go on trip for a few days, I won't have access to my cold device for that time, only my online laptop will be accessible. Can I sign a transaction offline to be sent to the exchange I use before my trip, and broadcast it using my online laptop via USB say 72 hours after I signed it, should I need the bitcoins on an exchange during my trip?

Can this work? Or would the transaction expire / get stuck? Thanks for feedback.
