I'm new to Bitcoin and I've downloaded Bitcoin Core. Now I'm a bit confused because I do not know how to buy Bitcoin anonymously.

I'm from Germany and I've found a site called Bitcoin.de but I have to give them a lot of my personal info. Could you tell me how to buy Bitcoin anonymously and transfer it to my Bitcoin Core wallet? I do not have any local trader so I do not know how to buy it anonymously.
