Bitcoincloud might be the first bitcoin-related artpiece. It has been produced from 12/2010 and has been shown initially 2011 in Vienna, Austria. It represents a huge mining rig, which only mines bitcoin if the viewer watches the artpiece, and by this extracting itself from the artmarket. A current version of Bitcoincloud (v4) is currently installed and can be viewed at RIAT – Research Institute for Arts and Technology in Vienna, Austria.
